Your writing is outstanding and show insight. You communicate new ideas about the site. 8-9 marks: you answered the questions in Forest Pep and included some observations and offered a few insights
5-7 you minimally answered questions and offered no insight
0-4 your work is incomplete
10 marks: you included drawings and photos of your site . Your drawings show careful observation. Your photos are very well done and nicely composed. Your photos correctly identify species
8-9 you include photos of your site and correctly identify species. Your photos are very well done
6-7 you include only 3-4 photos
0-5 your work is not quite complete
2. Dichotomous key of the species of central park /10
10 marks - your key is comprehensive and makes sense. good presentation
8-9 marks - your key is compresensive and makes sense

Route - for the class will be as follows once we get to Patterson Station

Trip plan (10 marks) includes the following:
Names of all group members and their cell phone numbers

Quarry Rock hike at Deep Cove
Great job for all our biology 11 hikers today. We looked at second growth rainforest and saw many of the same species as our trip to Lighthouse park. This time, the vine leaf maple, big leaf maple and salmonberry were turning beautiful fall colours. The conifers we saw were the same, but younger. Those who were on the hike can write a reflection on their experience
